Takeshi HIROKAWA
Takeshi Hirokawa is a politician in the anime Parasyte -the maxim-. He is a middle-aged man with brown hair and glasses. He is a member of the Liberal Democratic Party and is the Minister of Defense. He is a strong supporter of the military and is in favor of using force to protect Japan. He is also a close friend of the Prime Minister, Ryutaro Tamogami.
Hirokawa is a complex character. He is intelligent and capable, but he is also ambitious and ruthless. He is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve his goals, even if it means sacrificing others. He is also a bit of a hypocrite, as he preaches peace and non-violence, but is quick to use force when it suits him.
Hirokawa is a major antagonist in the series. He is the one who orders the military to attack the aliens, and he is also the one who is responsible for the death of Shinichi Izumi's father.
